more marvel+dc action
i couldn't think of any good names at first... all i had was bat..storm. (he's Batman+Storm)
anyways, he's a guy, rather than some effed up she-male.
blind, but has super electroreception (you know... like sharks, and the platypus. crazy stuff).
i was sorta thinking of putting a electro static aroun him, or something... so the shading looks a bit messed.
oh well..
mech. pencil (abbreviated, mechanical pencil sounds at LEAST twenty million times more cooler)
